   It refers to the “LaRouche Youth Movement”, a political cult found in major cities throughout the US. They’re not very popular in the Rochester area as much as they are in say NYC or Boston.

   Yeaaaah. LaDouche is pretty accurate. I used to route through South Station every day and wandered Harvard Square in Cambridge every so often. They are RELENTLESS. And idiots. Raging idiots.
